About Coach Lindsay

Lindsay is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor specializing in coaching women, pregnancy and postpartum exercise and TRX suspension training. Lindsay has been working within the fitness industry for a decade and has developed a unique, customized approach with her clients. 

When Lindsay is not coaching clients, or working out, or out running or cycling, she is being a Mom to her two amazing and active children. As a Mom, Lindsay understands the challenges of balancing family, a career and keeping a focus on health and wellness.

Packages & Pricing

Lindsay offers in-home or virtual fitness coaching. She will come to a client’s home or condo gym facility, or meet a client virtually for their session.

 

Lindsay offers a free initial phone consutation for new clients, an introductory package, multiple sessions package, a package best suited during pregnancy and for new Moms, as well as program and schedule creation.

 

Lindsay services Toronto’s Midtown neighbourhoods in-person expanding from Bayview Avenue to Dufferin Street, Bloor Street to Lawrence Avenue.

I am in my early 70’s and over the time we have been together I have had several issues that Lindsay had to adjust my program to accommodate, and in-fact, she helped me over come all of them.
